I am a hourly, non-exempt, full time associate being required to work 10 to 12 hour days with no breaks whatsoever. I am completely exhausted and wondering how this can be legal. I have never worked under these conditions. I go to work at 6am and am not allowed to leave until they tell me I can go. I can not leave my desk for the entire time I am at work. Please let me know what the laws are! I need help!

Unfortunately, Arizona does not require meal or rest periods. Therefore, your employer can do as they have done.

I found out that my company is headquartered in PA and they have to abide by PA laws.... does this change your response? I have no idea what the laws are in Pennyslvania...

Pennsylvania laws don't pertain to you. You are covered by Arizona laws only.

Your best bet would be to contact the AZ labor board for any advice on this matter. To my knowledge the no breaks rule only applies to part time employees. Are you recieving your overtime pay at least? If not take action now or else your gonna get screwed.

PA doesn't require breaks either, unless you are a seasonal farmworker.
