I know this ones been beat to death and I appologize for it.
To make it simple:
-In Georgia with employer for 2 years
-I quit beacause I felt unsafe at job
(constant sexual phonecalls from unknown person) and nothing was done utill I contacted the CEO of the company after going through the ranks for 38 days
-Employer has Denied Payment of my 2 weeks acrued vacation
-Two other people I know closely, one quit, one fired were both paid their vacation
Do they have to pay under Georgia Law?
Discrimination because I have proof of them paying others but not me?
