You may call the National Servicing and Loss Mitigation Center at (888) 297-8685 or the Housing Counseling Hotline at (800) 569-4287. There is an informative brochure called "How To Avoid Foreclosure" which provides a list of options available to homeowners. Call HUD’s Customer Service/Distribution Center at (800) 767-7468 for the brochure. Visit HUD's "Help Save Your Home" website for more information.
