greenk 08-30-2004, 10:11 AM I was terminated in California after getting into an accident and having alcohol content of .02 in my urine this cant be right can someone help,also I had let them know I was taking allergie medication .02 can you believe this LConnell 08-30-2004, 10:29 AM Were you tested for alcohol after the accident? If so, they probably asked you about the medications that you are taking. Also, some medications specifically say that you should not drive while taking them. If that is the case, you may not be in a position to appeal this decision. This is espeically true if you are in a position where driving is a part of your job.
