I have decided not to file in Utah because I will be moving to
California in few months. I will be moving to Modesto, which is in
Stanislaus County. According to this page:
http://uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffices/sanfran/aboutus.htm
"If you live in
Stanislaus County, you must go to the Fresno Sub
Office for Naturalization benefits information and processing and the
San Francisco office for all other immigration services."
Is the AOS
procedure considered to be "Naturalization benefits information and
processing" or something else? In which case I should be applying to the
fresno office, no?
