My daughters father has not seen her since Christmas. His visitations are currently supervised since he was arrested for selling drugs. Now he has not come to see her since Christmas. I am wondering if I can ask the court to suspend his visitations altogether. He also does not call her or pay his childsupport.

Yes, you can ask the court to do this. However, that does not mean the court will comply with your request.

You can seek a modification of the custody and visitation arrangements, but the court may not grant it. Typically, there must be a fundamental change in a parent's situation or changed circumstances from before to warrant modification. While the father is behind in child support and not around, I am not sure that sounds different from before given how these kinds of situations typically work. It is up to you. You can always seek modification, but I am not sure there is enough here for it to be granted-- but you never know.
