My father was just fired from a major retailer in Ohio for sexual harassment. I am confident he is innocent. He thinks there is one person that is out to get him. He was brought into the office today and simply told to pack his bags and leave. There was no process, no warnings, no nothing. I think he should get a lawyer but I don't know where to begin to help him. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Update...He works for Target which is located out of Minnesota, but he works out of the Ohio office.

Your father should talk with a plaintiff's attorney in Ohio.
