I had a case looked over by the AG of Texas, and discovered that the amount of support for my children has changed because my ex said he had is to younger children living with him. There was no proof, just word of mouth and a case worker accepted his word. My children are his first born, and I feel they have been robbed by the AG. What can I do or should do?

Find out what their appeal process for awards and pursue it. Pursue it quickly as there is usually a timeframe within which to seek review or appeal a support amount determination.
