I feel that management should respond to all reports of workplace violence
becouse it could lead to an incident that they could be liable for.

Know one should have to work with empoloyees that are showing a violent behavior patterns that can escalate.

Much workplace violence is sudden and unpredictable, and the result of poor communication, people being mistreated and feeling very violated and insensitive employers and managers. Maybe a survey about how to prevent workplace violence may be in order and how to spot warning signs.

Comments The best way to combat workplace violence is to learn how to defend yourself. Take martial arts classes. Bullies only bully those that put up with it. Once the bully sees you can kick his/her ***, they'll back off. And you, your boss, your co-workers will gain a new respect for you.
