I am from the state of ohio and I work over 10 hours and My boss wrote me a email stating that no matter what hours I work I only get a 1/2 hour lunch and 2 15 min breaks is this correct or is there something I can do about this.

There is currently no Federal Law mandating rest and meal periords. However, there are state laws and codes.
Go to this site to view the state laws and codes, if your state is not listed, and Ohio is not, then it is at the discretion of your employer.

Ohio does not have a meal and rest period policy. Theoretically, your Ohio employer doesn't have to provide time off for a meal period or even a single rest period.
