View Full Version : MDUdall: I'm off for a few days, Happy Thanksgiving Everybody

Matthew Udall
11-26-2003, 12:53 AM
Well, its 12:50 AM and I'm finally done for the day. I've been at it all
day working up two DCF filings for New Delhi, and I wanted to get them
done today so I could mail them to my clients tomorrow while on my way
out of town (the weddings are in Mid December, so I wanted them to go
out now instead of when I return). I think both submissions turned out
to be very well documented (over a pound each :-). Time to call it a day
and to walk home.

I'll be driving to Utah tomorrow to visit with Family, and perhaps even
a swing up to SLC to visit some of my old buds. I might come back as
early as Saturday, but I might take my time and show up back here in
Pasadena for work on Monday morning.

So I won't be posting for a few days, and I just wanted to wish
everybody a nice Thanksgiving before I departed (Foly, Rita, Dekka,
Leslie, Mike V., Tusman, Karen, Clair, Glasgorm, JEff, Elvis's Child,
Dad of 3, Charlie S., Andrew DF, heck every last one of you and sorry
for not posting more names... I'm tired and the old brain feels a little
too drained to come up with more :-).

If you are not fortunate enough to be spending it with your loved one
this year, I hope this will be the last one that you are apart from
each other.

Take care,

Matthew

Matt,

You probably won't see this until after the holiday, but I hope you had
a safe trip and an enjoyable Thanksgiving with your family.

Regards, JEff

Happy Thanksgiving Matt!

In reading your post, I *think* that Mr. Pink and I got a
mention.......are we "The Pinks", or am I "that SecretGardner"? LOL!

Anyway, don't know if you will be checking the board or not, but as of
today, 11/26, we've been approved. Thanks again for all your
encouragement, and the letter is still going to the congressman, with a
notation not to waste time on us now.

Hope you enjoy the turkey and the green bean casserole! Yum!

Oh yeah, it was never properly recorded how you (Spaniards) oppressed
the Native Americans, better known as the indigenous peoples of our
great land.

One of the things that those of us who visit this NG often have to be
thankful for are people like yourself and Folinskyinla who willingly and
unselfishly give of your time and efforts to others on this board. Both
of you are a blessing to those of us who are trying to read the map
through the immigration maze.

Have a great turkey day and drive safely.
