Hi before I tell this story I want you to know im gay. Over the past 6 years I have worked for a small steel mill and my boss (cousin) has been making some sexual related comments towards me. As strange as it may sound he does touch me from time to time, and just last week he made me a gift out of steel. The gift was in the form of a male sex toy. Please help me with what i should do.

I'm not sure what state you are in but only a few locations protect harassment on the basis of sexual orientation.

However, if the harassment is based on the fact that you are a male, as opposed to the fact that you are gay, it can be pursued throught he federal anti-discrimination system. You can read about it at: www.eeoc.gov (http://www.eeoc.gov).
