Hello My Husband works for a large insurance company in Kansas City, Kansas.
He has work for them for eleven years. This was the year that he was to suppose to get three weeks vacation. If he didn't take it by a certain time he would lose it. When he put his request in his manager decline it. So he lost the three weeks. Please is their anyone who can help us.

In most states, it is legal for employees to lose their vacation if it is not taken within the time limit specified by the employer. So, the action taken by your husband's employer is legal.

My suggestion is that your husband speak with the HR Department of his company. They may be able to assist him because his request for vacation was denied.
