A very general question - I live in Ontario Canada and have been on Maternity leave for ten months now (we get a year for maternity leave) I'm due to go back to work in mid April but got an opportunity for a new job with better pay and better hours. Do I have any obligations to my old job other than notice?? They are expecting me back, I was going to give them 3 weeks notice-is this enough?
