When are they posted to a site? I have noticed that their reports are
usually on the 1st and 15th. Does it take longer to get them online?

It usually takes a few days for the reports to be posted. The 09/15 report
will probably be out by the end of the week. Keep an eye out for Mr.
Udall's post announcing that he has updated his site to reflect the latest
report. He also explains how to calculate an overdue date.

Thankfully you're going through Vermont, so it should be fairly quick.
Depending on the country your fiance is from NVC goes pretty quickly and the
consulate end is usually pretty fast too provided all the papers are in
order.
