In April I went back to work after being on maternity leave for 3 months. 3 days later a coworker exposed himself to me. I took it to management and human resources. All that I asked was that I not sit near him. He went away for military for a few months and came back married. I thought everything was over until they moved him next to me. I'm fine as long as there are other people around but when there is no one else in our bay it starts. He's constantly verbally harassing me but the other day he grabbed my breast. I went to my manager at 9am and she said she would contact hr but by the end of shift nothing had been done. What kind of advice can you give me? Im in pa

His behavior is illegal and your company's reactions are somewhat negligent. You can take your complaint to the EEOC or to your state, if your state has a corresponding agency. If you let me know what state you are in, I can direct you to the right location.

I couldn't find any agency in Pennsylvania that would handle a claim of discrimination. Contact the EEOC. They may direct you to someone in PA.

So I don't need to contact a lawyer? What will happen once I contact this agency?

You don't need an attorney to talk with the EEOC. Their website is at: www.eeoc.gov (http://www.eeoc.gov). The website will give you information about filing a complaint, etc.
