I wrote my Senator on Monday and just heard back from his office. I was
told they were in contact with the VSC with regards to my case and it
would be another 2 - 4 weeks and they would continue to check on it. My
NOA1 has a receipt date of 28 July. He said my case had all the
appropriate paperwork and was "in the pile".

I just wanted to let everyone who has a case pending up there know that
at least there is movement promised.

Thanks for your information.Vermont received our RFE
on july the 8 th..so hopefuly we got an aproval
