A few questions:
1. Any advice on filing for a K-1 for a Chinese fiancee? I will file in
Virginia.
2. ENGLISH - I read of someone rejected for a K-1 because the interviewer in
Guangzhou felt she did not have sufficient English language skills. Has
anyone had this experience or know of someone who did?
3. Any idea of the current rimeline for first application to K-1 issuance?
