Hi,
We called the BCIS Call center last week to ask what s going on there...out timeline so far NOA 1 April the 15 th-then RFE which they received on july the 8 th,they gave us a timeline from 30-45 days after the RFE which we passed already! So we tought that they mayby lost our case. The BCIS said that they gona contact Vermont and it would take about 3 weeks to receive a letter.Well Saturday we received already, after 1 week this letter from Vermont, saying that we have to excpet a MINIMUM of 60 DAYS after they received our RFE.So still waiting on Vermont....Good luck all!!!
Gee- and here I was just writing a PM to you, asking about your
progress and if you got your congressman involved... guess we are in
the same boat now, as we submitted the RFE's around the same time, if I
get it right...
Sigh- and here I thought we were overdue already.
Here is my plan B ;) : I will make my fiancé take a couple of German
classes and bring him over here. Bet this will be faster than the
adjudication by VSC ;).
P.S.: Sounds stupid, but look at the bright side... They have not
*lost* it... :(
