i recently filed a racial discrimination claim against my employer with eeoc. I listed at over 10 areas of discrimination, all of which I have sound proof. The company is the largest in usa. they have refused to mediate. any ideas why they would refuse mediate given they know and I know that I have proof.

Most companies have high priced attorneys advising them how to proceed. The more difficult they make it for the plaintiff in terms of time and money, the more likely the case will be dropped.
