In California. I would like to know that while I am receiving a check under disability or Workers compensation, is it okay for me to also receive a check for vac or sick cash out from my company. Will this affect me in the future if I get audited b/c at the same period I am receiving both checks from the company and the state of disability? OR should I request for the company to hold onto it until i return to full duty?
