I have been sexually harassed at work by my manager. I'm not sure what to do. He has exsposed himself to me,and tried to do it a second time , grabbed my breast twice. He had asked me if i wanted to see his penis and I had said no but he did it anyway. He also asked me to touch him and after telling him no, he kept asking me to do it. Im scared to tell anyone at my job because i have only worked there less than 2 weeks, and he is friends with everyone there. I dont know what i need to do, I need my job and i feel telling anyone would make problems for me.

This behavior falls under the definition of sexual harassment. Sexual harassment, and retaliation for complaining about sexual harassment or participating in an investigation, are illegal under federal anti-discrimination laws. If your employer is a qualified covered employer, then you should report him to the eeoc.gov (or the state agency) right away.
