RE: Bi-Polar/ Manic episodes after taking Zoloft. I've been off work since July 8, 2004. I'm scheduled to go back to work May 1, 2005, except my job is unwilling to take me back. I was under the immpression that employers had to take back a worker because of lose of work due to a disability.
What can I do? Can you help me?

No, they do not need to take you back just because you have a disability unless you were on a leave under the Family Medical Leave Act or the corresponding law in California. You can read about the two laws at the following link: http://www.dol.gov/esa/programs/whd/state/fmla/ca.htm
