I took STD around the beginning of June. I was due back for work Aug. 3rd. Now that I wont be returning to work due to a lack thereof, when do I say I last worked. I ask this as UI asks this when applying. I wasn't sure how to answer this. Thanks!

The last day you physically worked, just like it says. STD benefits are not wage for UI reporting purposes.
