Hi I am Jessica and I live in California! I have been working for a construction company for the past two years as the bookkeeper. Back in December I was talking to one of the installers in the warehouse after work just minding our own business. At that time my boss was on vacation and wouldn't return for three days or so. Well one of the top guys started telling everyone that the installer and I were "grab assing" in the warehouse and he started this big thing. I went to my boss when he got back and he said he would take care of it but he never did. I went to all the guys that were making their little comments and told them to knock it off that it was childish and false. This went on for several weeks. I went back to my boss and told him that it was getting out of control and he still did nothing. This is the same boss that told me that I could wear shorter shorts or skirts to work if I had any. These people are pigs and they obviously have nothing better to do. Is there anything that I can do?
