I posted this under harassment as well...

I am an exec admin to a CEO of a large company. He has repeatedly asked me to dinner, drinks, makes sexual references about me to other managers, asked me to "spend the night with him" on two occassions, and kissed me at the company Christmas party. If I quit, am I entitled to unemployment in New Jersey? I have notified my HR manager of all the comments since and including the Christmas party.
