I have a question about a pharmacist that was way out of line at work towards me . I was helping a customer about medicine for his child and told him that he should really talk to the pharmacist. He did and the pharmacist just stood there and pointed to where the stuff was across the counter that he could use, He said where I was but I was standing in the adult medicine and told him that. He then came out and showed the guy where it was and then started to yell at me to come and look at it. He was about 10-15 feet away and I said no I could see. He then came over and grabbed me by the shoulder and started to pull and yank on me and I kept telling him to stop it don't pull on me  I feel for a professional man he was acting out of control. He left and then came back and started yelling again at me. The customer kept saying what is that guys problem? I filed a complaint at work but I don't feel like they did anything because they told me that it was private what the disciplinary action would be. Do I have a right to press charges against this man? He is know for doing what he wants and gets away with it. Please help me with this in Wisconsin. Thanks
