ive recently been threatened by another coworker.
you know "im going to kick your butt" kind of thing.
i know i should report this type of behavior, but if i am assaulted and i do get my butt kicked by this coworker id like to know my right as far as workman’s comp. and possibly a legal liability against the company itself.
any advice is welcome. thanks in advance. oh by the way i live in California.
