Can someone decipher this determination?

The claimant is ineligible for benefits under Section 402(b) of the PA UC Law beginning with comensable week ending 3/14/2009

However, the Claimant is only ineligible for benefits to the extent of the part-time earnings ($332) under the Fabric precedent court decision.

Do I have to appeal? Am i eligible? Am I ineligible? Thanks.
