It's difficult to sum up my situation without typing for days, but here we go:

I live in Nevada and am 22 years old. I have 3 younger brothers (age 19, 15, and 12). I completely raised all 3 for as long as I can remember. One is in the military, the second I have complete guardianship of, and the youngest still lives with our father. Our biological mother took off when we were much younger.

My father has cut off all contact with me and my other 2 brothers, and is stopping all of us from seeing or talking to our youngest brother. He is a real piece of work. I could sit here all day explaining. Let's just say it involves taking money from me, drugs/drinking, and a whole lot more. Of course not sure I can prove anything.

Is there anything I can do so myself and my 2 other brothers can have at least visitation? Willing to do anything. When my youngest brother has found a way to contact me he does so in tears because of the things our father tells him. Now my youngest brother is getting headaches and throwing-up because of the stress. He did the same thing when our father was on his first divorce with our bio mom before she took off (currently on his third wife)

Let me know if should clarify anything.

Since you have guardianship of your 15 yr old brother, it's more likely that you can gain guardianship of your 12 yr old brother.

For now, the best step to take will be to get a consult with a local attorney who will be able to tell you the exact steps you need to take. Try contacting your local Bar Association to see if they give refferals for low cost consults.

I do plan to start looking for an attorney on Monday. I was trying to handle this without the courts, but recent actions have made it obvious I have no other choice.

I did speak to a friend's lawyer when this all started. He told me a parents' rights are absolute and if our father tries to stop us from seeing our brother there is not much we can do. Although that was before I got guardianship of my 15-year old brother. And I don't believe that lawyer specializes in family law, so maybe he doesn't know all the possibilities.

Our Father signed over guardianship of the 15-year old to me as he actually stood up for himself. The 12-year old is quiet and not the type to blatantly disobey the rules no matter how ridiculous they may be. Even though our father really doesn't give him any attention I believe he thinks as long as he custody then he is still a good person. Won't it be much harder to get guardianship of the youngest? Does it take much time to get visitation at least? And is there anything I should know when looking for an attorney to help?
