I was overpaid for a period of time because of a mistake made by someone in HR. I was given a contract for repayment that says my pay will be docked until March of 2010 to make up the ammount. The last part of the contract says that if I or my employer terminate my employment, I still have to repay the money. I am wondering if that is legal?
