Yesterday I gave notice to my employer making Friday April 10th my last day. Today she called and informed me that she was "accepting" my resignation effective immediately. My question is how soon are they required to issue my final paycheck under these circumstances?

My understanding is that, for purposes of final pay ONLY, accepting your resignation immediately turns your resignation into an involuntary termination. So, three days or the next regularly scheduled pay day, whichever comes first.
