I am an exempt employee. ...my question is:
Can my employer require me to work 50-60 a week with out any kind of compensation...? Maybe not pay but at lease time back? :rolleyes:

If you are legitimately an exempt employee, there are no circumstances whatsoever in which your employer is required by law to pay you a single penny over and above your regular salary (which, btw, covers all the time you work and not just 40 hours) regardless of how many or how few hours you work.

Comp time is legal for exempt employees but not required by law.
