Hi,
I am new to this but need your assistance. I recently resigned from my job due to several reasons, first and foremost the work I was doing attributing to a severe depression (Have med statement), burnout, although I was working the position successfully, I was lacking the completed degree and no longer could have that position. I had the option of resigning with a clean record in order to apply for other jobs or have an adverse action which would prevent me from getting another job.
I guess my question is do you believe I have good cause, can apply for unemployment while I try to seek other employment? I live in PA and work in MD, where should I file?

You would have to file in Maryland. It doesn't hurt to try, but I wouldn't be overly optimistic as you chose to resign for personal reasons, no matter how good those "reasons" might have been to you.
