I've been divorced for 5 years,my ex husband remarried 2 years ago,and every since then his wife has been talking bad about me to my daughter.We have joint custody with me having physical custody and he sees her every other weekend.I've tried to have civil conversations with her,trying to keep the peace for my daughters sake.It just keeps getting worse,my daughter is always coming home crying saying that her step-mom is jelous when her dad spends time with her and yells at her dad calling my kid a spoiled brat.Lately she's been telling my daughter that I'm a terrible mom and pressuring her to say she wants to live with her dad.This is really upsetting my daughter ,she says her step-mom keeps on her and wont leave her alone until she tells her what she wants to hear.Now everytime I call to attempt to talk to her father about it,his wife calls me back telling me he doesnt want to talk to me then she goes on and on insulting everything I do from the fact that I've had 2 more children since the divorce to how I spend child support and how often I buy her new toys,and the list goes on.This arguing gets us know where so I've told her I have no interest in talking to her anymore and if her dad has a problem he should talk to me himself.She didnt take that well.Now on top of all of this they are planning a vacation to Texas in June and I'm afraid they wont bring her back.I dont want my daughter to lose her dad but this is really impacting her in a negative way.What can I do?

The only thing you can do for now is to refuse to speak to her. If she calls, immediatly tell her that your ex must call, not her.

You can tell your ex that if the problem continues you will take the issue to court.
