I want to move out and I already posted my add and tonight someone will come to visit it but i did not give the notice to the landlord yet.
I am planing to do it tomorrow.
How can I proceed if i already meet someone who wants my apartment but I do not have any agreement from the landlord yet?
I do not have any letter of pre-application to ask the people to come to submit one. and I am scary about how to select them since you must be not discriminant, and I know my apartment is no pets, no smokers.
