I originally applied for unemployment benefits back in Nov.2008,originally denied due to credit weeks.Filed appeal and was approved for benefits, have been collecting since.Originally was cut in hours, and told that if i did'nt like the hours i could leave, and also i was subject to do other duties that i was not hired for.Subsequently prior to the business closing i quit.when i filed for compensation i used their closing to my advantage. My question, is this;Does the employer have a time limit into which he can say stop benefits?Another words how much time does he have to reject or deny my application?::confused:

The employer cannot accept or reject your application at all. Only the state can do that.

what type of wind do i have to fight, now that they stopped benefits?appeal? And what are my chances? Again, what would my employers time limits to object?

Why did the state say the benefits stopped?

Possibly because OP quit prior to the busi. closing - Mike, please verify.
