Long story short: My ex lost visitation rights 2 years ago, but last year I talked to a laywer and he said if we could agree on when he could see the kids and things went ok, we wouldn't have to go back to court to get anything changed...we have been doing it that way since then, no court..just our agreements...
Since then..this is what has been happening as of lately:

What can I do about my ex trashing and bad talking me to my 16 year old when she visits with him? It has gotten to the point where he actually told her he wanted to kill me, and yesterday she told him off because all weekend his primary focus was trashing me while he had the girls with him instead of actually doing things with them. He has told her things that she shouldn't be hearing and he even told her she was a B**** just like me!!!! Last year when there were problems coming around, I called a lawyer and she said that if I take him back to court and try to take visitation away from him completely and file for full custody of the kids, he may very well get them back anyway!! I left it go, but things are getting worse...he won't call the kids to talk to them during the week, but on the weekends when the kids want to see him, he agrees...not a problem...except when they are with him, he trashes me and talks bad about me like there's no tomorrow. I am going to call a lawyer on Monday(tomorrow) and see what can be done about this.I have tried to do everything his way, but I am fighting a losing battle...do people do this to each other just to get a rise out of them, or why do they do it?? I am not fighting with him..I have not called him up and complained about what he says to my daughter about me...inside I wanna tell him where to go and how to get there, but on the outside, I just brush it off( because of my girls)

Any advice or help with this will be greatly appreciated!!

Since the order that removed his visitation rights was not modified, all you have to do is to tell him he cannot visit.

It would be up to him to go to court to have the existing order modified. If he does file, you'll need documentation/proof of the problems that have come up since you voluntarily allowed him to visit.
