In the state of AL is there a law that states at a certian point even salaried employees get paid overtime?

If by salaried you mean exempt, no. In no state is an exempt employee EVER eligible for overtime regardless of how many hours they work. That's what exempt MEANS.

Not all salaried employees are exempt. If the employee is non-exempt, then with limited exceptions, they are also eligible for overtime after 40 hours in a work week.

But never, in any state, under any circumstances whatsoever, does an exempt employee (which is what most people mean when they say salaried) have a legal entitlement to overtime.
