Texas does not have statutes against discrimination. However, federal laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of gender offer protection in this area.

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Please go to this site on what to do if you are experiencing sexual harassment in any state:

I wish people would stop giving out bad advice on this web site. I was also told Texas did not have discrimination laws. This is not true. They do. Go to the following web site: http://www.twc.state.tx.us/customers/rpm/rpmsubcrd.html

or contact the Texas Workforce Commission. They will guide you.

Good Luck.

Charles, did you happen to notice that this post is well over a year old?

Even if it is a year old, those who view it need to know the correct information.

They can do that by reading your other post.

Please do not respond to posts that are no longer current.

Ok,

But what do you consider non-current? If something is non-current, then why not remove it, especially if it contains incorrect information. There is always the chance that someone will view inaccurate information and not view current posts.

That's the chance we take. It would be impractical to remove all posts except current ones.

As to what I would consider current, if there have been no additions to the post in roughly a month to six weeks, unless the original poster chooses to come back and post an update, I'd say leave it alone.
