According to AZ law, wages must generally be paid at least twice a month (no later than 16 days apart) an no later than 5 days following the close of a pay period (16 days for overtime and exception pay). When must incentives and bonuses be paid? Are they considered sepearte from actual wages under this definition? If incentive payments are considered "wages" under this definition, could an employer provide incentive payments on a quarterly basis or any other basis or must incentive payments be paid when they are in-fact earned? Thanks for your help!
