Husband lost case 2 years ago for custody. He appealed but because he didnt process appeal correctly it was closed. Would he be able to start a new case?? Many things have changed in 2 years.

What changes? There must be a change of circumstance for modification of a custody order, which is what he would be doing...it would not be an appeal.
