Hi there! Are there any PA laws -- or a link to where I could research -- for disabled tenants? This person has had her apartment (which is more like a duplex) broken into several times (3 or 4) in the past 3 months. All the landlord does is replace the chain lock that the robbers keep breaking. The police suspect it is the same people -- they have some suspects but no real proof. Any advice?
