ok my work implemented a new attendance policy i want to know if it legal cuz it seems like its just not right

1. you have 11 incidents

2.if you miss a day its a incident if you late its a incident if you go home early its a incident even with a doc note but here is what really gets me it rolls over year to year so im i screwed is it legal please help everyone at my work is concerned

Unless you have a cba or employment contract that states otherwise yes its legal.

The law does not address attendance policies one way or the other. Only if the "incident" is FMLA-qualifying can it not be counted against you, rollover from year to year or not.
