Does anyone know if it is illegal to discriminate against Section 8 tenants?

Discriminate how? If you're asking if all landlords must accept Section 8 vouchers, the answer is no.

I know some persons on housing and some Landlords. It seems that housing families tend to do more damage and have more rent as well as other issues more often than those who dont. I cannot validate this as its just what I was told by these persons. Since being on this program does not place you in a protected class I can see why some Landlords may shy away from these famlies. I often see (no section 8) on rental ads
