The court which has jurisdiction over our case does not have a recommended parenting plan for parents who live out of state. We are hoping to agree upon our own plan which will then be submitted to the courts.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I may go to find examples of parenting schedules/timeshare, including responsibilities in raising the child, schedule of where kids live/etc., and how holidays, breaks, and special days would be divided between parents who live in different states.

Basically, we need to agree upon a Parenting Plan Agreement, present as Stipulation, and it becomes a court order. We will be living several states away, and the kids are very involved in activities, etc. which keeps them from wanting to be forced to visit away on regular basis (ages 10.5/12.5).

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Try this:

That one is written with dad having custody, you can change it if need be.

They have lots of ideas of things to include in a parenting plan too.
