My ex has a child support case in Michigan and so I pay my child support for my daughter. However, they moved to idaho in June of 2008 and that was the first time I seen my daughter since she was 6 months and now she is 6 years old. Before anyone says anything, yes I did try to be a part of her life but the mother decided that since I didn't want to be with her I didn't want to be with my child either. I tried everything I could to be with her but she kept moving and changing phone numbers and made it very hard. Well, since they moved here to idaho I have been with her every weekend and during the summer 15-20 days a month. She is refusing to change the order to idaho and I want to do it myself but I need to know if I can. I also want to a parenting time order and a custody order done. That way her mother can stop saying I decided until you send all her toys home your not going to see her or clothes and so on. I have done everything I can but the mother is refusing me everything. I pay 340 a month in CS and she always shows up in clothes to long, to big, small, or not appropriate for the weather. However the mother has new stuff all the time... Help what can I do to make this so its not about who gets what money but make sure our daughter gets equal amount of time with both parents and the mother can stop being a bleep about everything...
