have trouble with inlaw that lives with me pays no rent and has no crontract and cant get her to leave what do i do

i already bought her another palce and she want move to it and already gave one eviction notice and still want leave and dont have no privacy need help what can i do to make her leave legally

are they a time limit on estate laws if so can they come back over 9 years later after all the paper work was done transfered over

can any one help me i need help real bad
