I've lived in my apt for3 1/2 years. Now today I woke up and there was a condemned notice on my window saying I have 5 days to move. My landlord is not answering his phone, normally he always does. I called city codes to see if they could help and they still haven't called back. All the tenents in my building have kids and none of us have the kind of money it takes to move just lying around. Any info is greatly appreshiated.

If the property is really condemned, it is the doing of the government, not the landlord.
There are several possibilities:
1. A building inspector has determined that the building is unsafe. If so the fast move out is for your safety. There may be a danger of collapse.
Note that this might not be the fault of the landlord. I have seen a case where a water main burst under the street and undermined the foundations of several houses.
2. A drug enforcement agency has seized the building due to the manufacture or sale of drugs on the property. The landlord might be in jail due to this.
3. The government has condemned the property under eminent domain. Government wants to build something on the property. There is usually not such a short eviction time in this case.
4. The landlord has an offer on the property, and the condemned notices are fake, to get rid of the tenants so he can sell it.
5. Pranksters put the notices on the doors.
