My girlfriend works for a fast food restaurant in north eastern Pennsylvania. She has been currently working for just over one year. This restaurant goes through managers like you would not believe - of course meaning that they are constantly understaffed. Her manager has recently started to require her to work Sundays, which is her religious Holiday. Needless to say I'm very angry about this... But also in addition to "making" her work these days, she has been working TWELVE hour days, multiple times a week. Making her weekly hours to jump almost up to 60... What are my options guys...?

Your girlfriend's option is to find another job, at least in regards to the number of hours being required to work.

Now, let's talk about the Sunday work. Does her religion forbid her to work at all on Sundays, or would she just prefer not to? It may make a difference.
